1st Birthday Menu Ideas Needed
I am brain dead and can't think of anything. We have a ton of picky eaters so our main foods are an odd combo but it was the best we could do (40ish guests). This is all I have so far...
We are having a chili, dog and spud bar. -lots of toppings, cheese, bacon, avacoado, sour cream, jalpenos, broccoli, etc.
Mixed greens salad
Fruit Salsa with cinnamon cinnamon chips
Dessert: cake and ice cream, buckeyes (Ohioans know these chocolate/peanutbutterballs)
I need some app ideas and maybe one more side.

I'm trying to think of another side, but I'm not really sure you need one. You've got the protein, veg, starch covered. I think I'd just add some cornbread and maybe some plain nacho chips.
As for apps, I'd consider using the fruit salsa for an app and then add some sort dip or cheese ball. You could also do a veg tray and people could use that as a side.
