Moms with 2 under 2 ?
So we are considering trying for another baby next May or June. That would make our kiddos at the least 18 months apart. DH wants them close in age and my only "rule" is I want to wait until Hadley is at least a year old. Is this a bad idea?? Does it really get any easier if we were to wait until she was 2 or 3?

Mine are 17 mos apart and I love every minute of it. We tried having them closer together but it took us 6 mos to get pg with #2. We both wanted them close together. Ours are 21 months apart. When I got pregnant (not planned) I was in total shock. DD had just turned 1 the month before and it had not been in my "plans" to get pregnant at that time". We had planned to start trying for #2 when DD was 2 or 2 1/2.
When DS was a baby it was a little hard but I believe some of that has to do with him having some issues we had to work out. DD was a super easy baby and DS was not! That made things a little difficult at times. It was a little hard to keep a busy little toddler happy while I had a screamming baby that didn't want to be put down. My life saver was my wrap! Now, even after going through bumps when DS was little I'm glad that things worked out the way they did! I like that they are close in age!! They keep eachother entertained, play together, DD "reads" DS books, they make up funny games and lots more. Our house is always busy with the 2 of them!
