Hi fellow snow bunnies!
Can you even imagine this? Snow in October? What is going on here? Crazy!
I didn't think we'd be seeing snow here in NYC today...I thought it was more inland. Apparently, I thought wrong. =/ So...now that we are stuck in the house with all this snow, what is everyone else doing? Right now Sam is jumping in her Jumperoo and DH is napping (he now works 12pm-8am and is heading in tonight). I'm just hanging on the comp...but, am thinking what movie to watch snuggled on the couch. We finally got a "real" tv (we've had a hand-me-down, 200lb tv from DH's sis...we're not techies, but now that DD is starting to crawl, we needed an upgrade). So, we just purchased a 47 inch flat screen and it's now hanging on our wall like a movie theatre screen...quite large...I feel like I'm in the tv. lol Anyway, it's a nice change from our old timer. ooh, also, I just ordered DD's birthday invites. What do you think?

Hey snow bunny! Yeah this snow is crazy!! Thank God for my super nice neighbor, he came over turned on the boiler (so far no noises) and bought me salt for the sidewalk. I really cannot believe how big the snow flakes are (well now its a bit better but earlier was crazy).
DH's cousin and her cute baby are coming over shortly to spend the evening with me so I will have company. Otherwise I am here reading (very slowly) for school.
BTW, I love the invite! Very cute.

We were quite busy all day today: DH got a haircut, DD got a haircut, we packed some, DH went to Home Depot for some packing supplies, we finalized our furniture order, then headed to my parents' house to hang out (my sister and her DH were also there). It was quite nuts! I can't believe DH agreed to do all the driving in this weather though!!
