How are you ladies doing with this weather? What's going on where you live?
We got a slushy mess really. Trees, grass and cars are covered in heavy, wet snow, but it seems to be more rain and sleet now. My plans to go out with friends tonight are a no go, so I'm doing laundry and drinking hot chocolate and watching tv. My Tv and internet were out for a while, which was really boring. My psycho hubby went to a football game with his friends, and I'm so scared he's going to get sick from being cold and wet all day. I'm shocked that he went. I had to work this morning, and he left before I got home. Although, he left me a sandwich and chicken soup from the deli and a jar of nutella with a love note, so I cannot be mad at him
haha
Stay warm everyone!

April 2010 Siggy Challenge: Next Vacation Destination
My mind is having a really hard time wrapping around this much snow in October.
We are at about 8 or 9 inches at the moment and it is still coming down. DH worked all day and is on his way home now slowly but surely. I am playing traffic director and finding all the traffic along the way and trying to get him here as quickly as possible.
I think we are just going to stay put and snowed in and have some drinks. Save all the cleanup for tomorrow! Stay safe everyone!

I feel bad for you people and will keep to myself what I did this weekend so as not to brag
Although it was pouring rain Friday night and flooding a little...I started to complain and then I thought of all of you suffering through snow. Stay safe and warm!
yowza - we pretty much got spared this weekend - lots of rain and a lil slushy stuff but not too bad. we didn't lose power and didn't need to shovel!
good luck you to ladies who weren't so fortunate!

My Photography Blog!
Hi Ladies! Sorry I've been MIA for a while - work has been so busy!
We got just about a foot of snow this weekend. We have trees down everywhere - they're on power lines and are all over the roads. We lost power on Saturday night around 7pm and still don't have it back yet. Luckily, we do have heat and hot water, so we're able to stay warm. But we went to my mom's house about a 1/2 hour away and are planning to stay there until our power comes back on. It may be out for about a week from what the crews are saying.
This is just insanity - I've never seen this much snow so early! And I'm bummed since fall is just so beautiful in NH, we didn't even get to enjoy the foliage! Grr..
