Ironing boards?
Do you have a "fancy" ironing board? Mine was cheap and it annoys the crap out of me and I was going to ask for one for Christmas but I almost died when I saw that there were some for $100+

Me too, as long as yours is stable I can't imagine there being a significant improvement in one over the other. Maybe the pad is bad in yours? I'd use a super padded cover before I'd buy a $100 board.
Stand up for something you believe in.
I would love to get a new ironing board, and I would be willing to pay a lot for one that is stable (mine tips too easily), and well shaped (my business partner has one that makes it hard to iron on the smaller end).
My biggest complaint is that most ironing boards tip too easily, and if you are trying to manipulate something weighty, like drapes or an Elizabethan costume, it is more trouble than it is worth. At least it is to me.
