Worst Halloween costume ever

My little brother dressed up one year as a priest, complete with white collar, cross, and bible. The other addition was his best friend who is almost a foot shorter than my brother and was dressed up as a little boy-complete with beanie, short pants, suspenders, and a lollipop. The priest and little boy duo was quite possibly one of the worst (most offensive) costumes that year for the halloween party. My dad is catholic, so he found it less than amusing. What is the worst costume you have ever  seen? Either the most offensive/politically incorrect or the costume that deserves a good *face-palm*?

The last Halloween I was in San Diego for there was a bunch of the usual - slutty versions of normal outfits, political figures, spoofs. And then there was the pair of girls that just flat out dressed like sluts. Fishnet stockings, panties over that, bras (worn incorrectly so the back strap was practically at their neck), and feather boas.

Anything that involves a non black person painting their skin black. While I understand that if you want to be Tupac for Halloween it would be more realistic if your skin were black, just don't. It will not go over well, people should know better.

In Washington, DC at the Nightmare on M street event (all the bars on M street are open so you can bar hop easily if you have a ticket) we saw a guy dressed up like a vagina! It was so ridiculous! Pink felt, face where the clit would be - very graphic! haha

omg that is awesomely creative and horrible all rolled up in one! love it! Not bad for the bar-hopping scene, probably a little more scandalous (does this word make anyone else think of the cartoon Recess??) for the trick-or-treaters lol
