Settlement Costs
Hi Everyone. We are receiving a $7500 credit towards closing costs from the builder towards our townhouse. When applying for our mortgage we were told it was unlikely our closing costs would be that high. We are applying for an FHA loan and how put about $11k down. While looking our our disclosure statement it shows our settlement costs as over $14k. Does this include our down payment or after our credit do we need to put another $7k down?
