Happy Tuesday!

   What are you all up to today? What do you have planned for dinner tonight?

I'm working this morning and got a text from the doctor at like 6:30am that coirker will not be in today, so it is going to be a FABULOUS day!  Dad has a meeting in town tomorrow so he and I are going out to dinner tonight while E is in class. And I just learned a bit more about a foundation here in town that gives you up to 10 free shade trees for your yard, so I signed up for that this morning because our backyard is in desperate need of shade and it would be lovely to be told where the best spots for the tress are and what would be best for our yard.

Another busy day ahead for me; major projects still abound and I'm going to be out of office Thursday and Friday to spend time with my sister while she is in town. We'll be spending the w/e in the mountains so I'm very excited about that.

L just got her brace yesterday and so we're dealing with an adjustment period with that contraption. The reality of it is starting to settle on her and it's not all the fun and games I'm sure she imagined. Bless her heart - I'm just thrilled that the vast majority of her clothes (shirts especially) still fit over the thing. The bottoms is proving to be more of a challenge? sent her to school in yoga pants today while she figures out how to work around that aspect.

Morning!! I've eaten breakfast and gotten ready but all we have on the agenda is paying rent. I would looove to do a little shopping for clothes that fit but I doubt that will happen.

DS is napping and I just finished cleaning the kitchen. When he wakes up we are going to the base to meet DH for lunch, then back here for an afternoon nap and then grocery shopping. I also plan on taking down our Halloween decorations at some point.

Morning! Charlotte is napping which is shocking because they are replacing our furnace and it is so loud! Besides that, I am just paying some bills and keeping my fingers crossed that we will get the results of DH's transfer request today, so I'm pretty anxious!Have a great day everyone!

Good morning!!

We're not up to a whole lot today. S and I are sticking close to home, and I'm probably going to buckle down and tackle the piles of laundry that need folded and put it away.

It's Tuesday, which means dinner tonight is tacos!!

I'm at work.  Both yesterday and today seem to be going fast, so that is always a bonus. 

Tonight I am doing Zumba with some people from work and then meeting up with some friends to do trivia at a local bar.

 Since today is chaotic, I put  Crockpot Asian Pork with Mushrooms on the menu and put it on this morning before I left the house.

Morning! 

 DD is napping so I got the house picked up and in normal order. Once she is up for the day, we have to go run our errands. Big Christmas sale at Michael's so I am going to go pick up a new tree and some decor.  Then Target and grocery shopping. Yay, fun day I plan on putting all the Christmas stuff out this weekend. Yup, I am that person!

Dinner is going to be baked chicken and veggies. Stinkin' diet... Plus DH is deployed so meal planning for myself is no fun.

I am on lunch right now.  H found a poor little puppy on the side of the road yesterday so I took her to a vet to see if she ahd a microchip-nope.  We are going to discuss tonight what we will do if we can't find her owner.  The local shelter here is a kill shelter so I am wary of taking her there even though being a puppy her chances are probably good of getting adopted out.  Prob tomorrow I will call some no-kill shelters within an hour drive of here to see if any of them can take her should we fail in our efforts to find her owner.
