I have two like this that I got at TJ Maxx for $16 each. I've seen them somewhere else for that price, too, but I can't remember now.

I have this one from Bed Bath & Beyond. It was a return so very cheap. It's been great! Mine has a silver spout though.
I just bought this one last weekend (with the silver spout) at BBB as well. I was looking at the glass versions at Target, but they seemed really cheap and one actually cracked after I barely touched it with one finger. This one is plastic but still looks really nice IMO. Also, it was on clearance for $23 plus I had a $5 off coupon, so it was a great deal! One more thing - this one holds a lot more liquid than most of the glass versions I've seen.
