Got something good to share?
I made hot ham & brie sandwiches last week and they were delicious! I've been so busy lately, it's nice to add another mindless meal to the repertoire.
Re: Tasty Tuesday
Well, I have sort of solved my issue with the meat industry by purchasing local organic beef from a farm owned by the brother of someone Walt teaches with, so meat is back in our diet about twice weekly these days.
I made this beef stew last night and it was amazing! http://allrecipes.com/recipe/slow-cooker-beef-stew-i/detail.aspx
The only thing I altered is that I added a packet of onion soup mix. It was outstanding with some crescent rolls. An oldie but goodie!
Last week, I made sesame crusted tuna steaks with ponzu sauce. It was okay. I don't know if I'll make it again.

I also made chicken gyros from Annie's Eats. They were pretty good, although we're doing a lamb version tonight. The homemade pitas are awesome. They're rising now. I can update later if anyone is interested.
