Im sick of working at a job where I make significantly less than everyone else when I have significantly more education.  I need to find a new job and asap b/c my bills are starting to give me anxiety!

 I'm getting stressed about hosting Thanksgiving. We have 10 people coming down from NY and it's our first year of hosting the holiday ever. Exciting, but scary

I really hate when people make assumptions about private schools in general. Most of the time, they are far off-base and their info comes from a small sample size. I could say so much more but it would just get me angrier.

My whine is about indecisive people.  I cannot stand when people can't make a decision.  It's not hard or life changing so just figure out what you want already.  I make a million decisions a day at work sometimes when I come home, I just want to relax and not make any decisions.  So when I decide to go out and have fun, I don't want it to be rocket science making a decision as to what we do.  I can't stand hearing "I don't care, you decide" ALL the time.  I broke up with a guy because of this - he was supposed to decide what we were doing for our date and after 3 days still had nothing and then told me to decide and make the plans the day we were supposed to go out.  I mean, I like people that are laid back but this is ridiculous!

I have another...my FSIL picked some pretty ugly dresses. Very childish looking for the bridesmaids and didn't ask for any input on comfort, etc. (that really irks me since, you know, we will be wearing them). I've seen a group of them in person (rather than just one) and the quality of them is horrendous (they have an overlay over a color and some of the overlays are longer than others, some are longer in front than in back, etc., making all of the dresses look much different from one another). I really don't care what we wear at the end of the day, but I just wish she would listen and see more than one by itself (or say "the internet photo is SO cute though!") and take some insight into the problem bc I just know it's going to be a biiiiiig problem when they arrive.

I'm annoyed that I didn't buy the super cute rain boots I was eyeing at Target when I first saw them.  Now, I need a pair on Friday and all the ones I can find are just not as cute.  grr.

What did they look like?  My sisters and mom have rain boots from there and all of them are different and they are all really cute.

What the picture doesn't show is the horrible fabric texture (feels like the cheapest of cheap and looks it too) and that the dress isn't just 2 layers like it looks (just blue and brown) it's actually 4. Yes, 4. And none of them line up like shown in the photo (and I've seen 16 of the dresses in person at the local designer's warehouse here). One is a satin underlay (brown). Then the pleated brown chiffon. Then a light blue light satin with a light blue chiffon over it. I liked it in the picture OK but in person, it's just not that pretty and I'm worried because some of the blue chiffon covers the brown more than others (like more than 2 inches below the brown) and some doesn't so it looks a mess in person. But she's going by the website so all I can do is hope for the best I guess.

oh! and that white rose is HUGE. It is not the same size as shown on that girl. It intrudes in arm space. haha And there is no boning at all...it's just all the lightweight fabric. I'm going to have to get something built in for a bra.

I could see how the fabric isn't that great on this dress.  It does look cute but I'm not a big flower fan and I can also see how that could look bad on the dress too.  If the picture was all I went on, I'd think it was kind of cute.  I certainly would want to feel the fabric though - I would want it to be comfortable too.

I could see how the fabric isn't that great on this dress.  It does look cute but I'm not a big flower fan and I can also see how that could look bad on the dress too.  If the picture was all I went on, I'd think it was kind of cute.  I certainly would want to feel the fabric though - I would want it to be comfortable too.

Yeah it's not horrible in the photo but it looks so cheap IRL. I have photos of me in one of the dresses and sent it to her to see but she said it was a risk we can all take and then pay to have it fixed. Nice. She's young and has no experience planning any sort of event so it makes it hard. Just wish she would listen to those of us who have been there and see the dress in person.

Awesome!!  I am getting ready to run up to Kohl's to see if I can find  acute pair there.  Wish me luck!!  Photo shoot is tomorrow!!  (Way to go, Monica... last minute as always)
