Getting my knitting needles ready!
A friend of mine just shaved her head as a fundraiser for a friend who has breast cancer. She lives in MN. I'm knitting her hats galore!

Wow, how incredibly brave and generous of her! It's sweet of you to make her some hats.
3 of them did it, and raised $3K in a day. I'm proud of her in many ways.

I'm so impressed. Seriously. I don't know if I could do that.

I'm with Rock N Voll. Wow!
I can't wait to see the hats you make

Obviously super late to the thread - but did your friend do a fundraiser for St. Baldricks? They are the org that I know of that does the shave-a-thons. Very cool of your friend to do! My hair has really, really thinned and I am desperate to grow it back. I don't know if I'd have the cojones to shave it!
