As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Resume/application questions
When you apply online do you fill out every single past experience block or do you say see resume?
Minus your current job, if the application asks "can we contact this former employer?" is it ever okay to check no? It what circumstances is it okay/not okay?
(I'm kinda looking for a real job, kinda not. No plans yet.)
Re: Resume/application questions
As a hiring manager, I like to see everything as filled out and complete in our internal system as possible, regardless of an attached resume.
Also, I never take it as a negative if not allowed to contact a current employer...very understandable.
ETA: I would try to attach some kind of cover leter with references or the offering of references if needed.
