Both of our families consist of all adult family members (no children) and I was looking for any ideas/suggestions of what to do together around the christmas holidays...any ideas?
Re: Adult Christmas Ideas
Our family on my side is all adults-
we all go together to cut our christmas trees at a local tree farm then out to dinner after - we do the the sunday following thanksgiving.
we go see a movie if there is one everyone wants to see, or watch christmas movies at home.
I started a tradition last year- playing bingo and buying a few small treats (nice chocolates or lotto scratch offs) for the winners.
Not sure where you are located, but do you have a Christmas light display or a maybe a holiday show you could all see?
I love things that involve being interactive together like bowling or mini-putt (depending on your climate)
Do you all get together for holiday meals? If not but you'd like to share an evening together maybe do bowling and then back to someone's home and the losers pick up dessert on the way for coffee and cake.
The best times I've had with the adults in my fam on the holidays is sitting around playing games. We play for money (nothing crazy) to make it more fun.
We like:
-Dominoes
-LCR (easiest game ever and you could walk away with like $40) http://www.target.com/p/Left-Center-Right-LCR-Dice-Game/-/A-10918589#?ref=tgt_adv_XSG10001&AFID=Google_PLA_df&LNM=%7C10918589&CPNG=NoCPNG&ci_sku=10918589&ci_gpa=pla&ci_kw=
-Tombola (we play this with the Italian side of our family on Christmas)
