I need an evening gown!

My cousin's wedding is around the corner and I don't have a dress yet! I need something very elegant and formal (preferably a maxi). I've been to Chandler and Scottsdale mall and either I don't love anything or it's out of my price range. Looking to spend between $200-$250 max. I moved here about a year ago and am not very familiar with the boutiques around here. Any suggestions on where I can go? Thanks!

This might be a very silly question...but what is a "maxi"?  lol

I've always liked the selection (not necessarily the service, though) at Davids Bridal and The WAS.

A maxi is basically a floor length dress:)! Thanks for the suggestions but am trying to stay away from bridal store/ bridesmaids dresses!

Scottsdale Quarter has some boutiques like Dessy that may have something, otherwise White House Black Market usually has some great dresses this time of year plus you can usually find a discount card or coupon.

I agree try group USA they are very affordable and nice gowns. my best friend is also a manager there and is super picky about dresses and she's honest about whether or not you look god in a paticular style. ask for Jasel
