I am not sure if I am remembering this correctly... since I'm remembering back a long ways....But I am pretty sure you had low amniotic fluid with S... Am I right? If so, did your OB seem concerned at all with LO #2. My doctor was just like "Eh.. it doesn't usually happen a 2nd time...but we will do an ultrasound at 32 weeks to make sure" He made it sound like low amniotic fluid was a pretty rare thing. Just curious what your doctor said.

Re: ~nic~~
hey! first of all- i think i missed the announcement. CONGRATS!
as for the low fluid- yes i did have it and was induced b/c of it. this time around, my doc said that is more of a random thing. so just b/c it happened once has no bearing on whether it will happen again. fwiw, i plan to drink like a fiend before all of my docs appts at the end. after i was induced i learned that depending on just how low your fluid is, some docs (generally the midwives and less conservative docs) might send you home, tell you to drink a lot and rest and test you again the next day. my doc did tell me mine was very low though (which is crazy b/c it was totally fine the week before) but i was also only 6 days shy of my due date so i guess that's why they chose induction. in the end, it's one of those be more safe than sorry things. my doc told me that when you fluid gets messed up it means your placenta isnt working as well as it should be- so it's safest to get the baby out.
