It is somewhat silly but something that makes me nuts.
No one, I repeat no one in my family besides my Dad and brother can spell E's name right. My Dad has the same name but with a "c" instead of a "k".
These are the spellings we get on things.
"Eric"- dad's name even though every one knows they are spelled different.
"Erick"
"Erich"
I don't think its that much to ask that my husband's name be spelled correctly! For crying out loud my name in Afton and they all get that one right.

Re: I have a vent!
Thank you. And its not like you or my husband have difficult names.
I've had mine misspelled a million times but I have a weird name so it doesn't bother me. Its just that E's is so simple, it shouldn't be so hard.
Anyways. How are you feeling these days Mango? Is Miss E getting excited to have a sister?
This is so so sweet. And I didn't even realize how close you were when I asked how you were feeling, I can only imagine the massive and uncomfortable feeling. But she will be here before you know it!
I can count on my mom's step-dad and my step-dad's mom (follow that?) to spell my name Lacy on every single card, check, present, etc.
The same two people also always spell my sister's name Chelsea.
That's awful.
