We just bought a house and the backyard is FILLED with crab grass. What is the best way to get rid of it and make sure it doesn't come back? Thanks!
Re: Crab grass?
Technically, crabgrass doesn't come back. It's an annual. What happens is that the seeds scattered this year will germinate new plants next year.
The way to prevent it is to apply pre-emergent in the spring.
