How did your husband enjoy Beer and Bagel yesterday? It was a great morning to run. I could have done without the soaking wet feet, but it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. I hoped it was too yucky for him.

did you come too? The post- race was a great time!

I was there!! He ran awesome 32:30!! He really wanted to break 32 but the hills were killer he said but considering a year ago he weighed over a hundred pounds more and could barely walk up stairs I think he did amazing.
I didn't run...I was his photographer so when you came through the first creek with the steep banks that you had to jump over and a crazy girl was sitting to your right taking pictures in all black that was me! Next race that you are doing and if my H is doing you will have to tell me what you are wearing since I like to take pictures of the action. Maybe one of these days I will man up and actually run a race (hopefully warrior dash next summer with some couple friends).
yes a very motivated man...he works out daily and has changed his whole lifestyle which has been amazing! I wish I could have the strength and determination in regards to his diet/workouts etc. I told him afterwards that it was awesome seeing the couples that were running together helping each other and he said that if I ever sign up for a race he would run it with me, but I know how competitive he would be and would struggle to let him run at my pace!
