• Highs? Went to brunch with a couple of my college friends and it was fun to see them. And DS behaved perfectly which is always a plus!
  
• Lows? I didn't get anything done around the house. I was on baby duty all weekend since DH was working on his paper and DS was being kind of high maintenance this weekend.
  
• Make/eat anything good? No.
  
• Watch anything good? Nothing special.
  
• Read anything good? No.
  
• Vents, confessions, comments? I just grabbed my lunch from the fridge and my coworker asked me what it was. I told her, and as I left the room I heard her say under her breath "that's not very healthy". Yeah I don't need your comments on the nutritional value of my lunch, thanks. I know I don't usually eat really healthy food, but I actually made an effort today and I think my lunch is decent.

• Make/eat anything good? Chocolate PB pie, Chocolate Peppermint Sandwich Cookies, Crack Dip and had an amazing dinner at Paladar.
  
• Watch anything good? Saw La Cage aux Folles at the Hippodrome Saturday. It was hilarious and George Hamilton looked great.
  
• Read anything good? Nope
  
• Vents, confessions, comments? I had my annual physical today and while they were on time calling me back to the exam room, I had to sit and wait and freeze in a falling apart paper gown for over 1/2 an hour until my doc came in. That happens every single appointment.

• Highs? Catching up with old friends at my 10 year college reunion
  
• Lows? the lack of sleep Saturday night
  
• Make/eat anything good? wings from Adam's Ribs in Salisbury - the recipe is still the same after 10 years and they are the best wings I've ever had
  
• Watch anything good? The Ravens beat the Steelers
  
• Read anything good? nada
  
• Vents, confessions, comments? I'm not loving the daylight savings time change

Highs?  We had a lot with friends on Sunday.

Lows?  Having to leave for class.

Make/eat anything good?  Apple crisp, yum!

Watch anything good?  The Giants game!

Read anything good?  Nope

Vents, confessions, comments?  I miss being at home, I don't like travel unless it's with DH and Keefer.

Highs? Saturday was phenomenal. We did family portraits with Jen Lowe - my parents, my sisters, their families, and of course DH, DD, and myself. We just had a wonderful, silly time together and I cannot WAIT to get these pictures back. Jen took a ton and I know she's so talented that there's bound to be more than we'll even know what to do with.

We also went to my Mom's after the portrait session and all hung out, chatted, had dinner together. It was just an awesome family day.

Lows? The guest bed in my Mom's house is rather uncomfortable, so spending the night there wasn't the best, but really, I'm stretching to pick that as a "low".

Make/eat anything good? Sunday I flew into Vegas with my Mom and while she went to The Mirage I went to stay the night with my BFF and her 2 1/2 month old daughter. We went to Sweet Tomatoes and the salads were the bomb. So was the Cherry Limeade I got at Sonic.

Watch anything good? I haven't watched a single second of TV since Friday night.

Read anything good? Finished up the second of the Bright Young Things trilogy by Anna Godbersen on the plane. It was meh. Starting the newest Nora Roberts tonight.

Vents, confessions, comments? I'm in our room in The Mirage now. Mom's resting, my BFF and her daughter have gone home for the night. I Skyped with DH and DD earlier and they got to see everyone and we talked for almost an hour - and it was wonderful. My DD is adorable. I'm having a blast here and we're going to Blue Man Group tonight and the Grand Canyon Sky Walk tomorrow. I'm just off-the-walls happy and I'm reveling in it.
