I didn't know if you would see this if I responded in the post below.
We are very close to each other! It's funny because so many people have never heard of Gambrills (even AACo natives) but they are familiar with Crofton. We live behind the Village shopping center and my sister lives in Crofton, close to you from the sound of it. The Crofton Triangle snobbery is so ridiculous.
On a slight side note, I am hating the new traffic pattern at Rt3 and Waugh Chapel!

Re: **MissCastle**
I'm trying to figure out how to PM you, but failing at it! We're right across Route 3 from Waugh Chapel!
I see you have a weight-loss ticker? Do you belong to any local gyms? Interested in a local weight-loss buddy?
If you are smarter than me and can figure out how to PM someone, we can chat further there :-)

::shamelessly butting in::
I HATE the Rt 3 traffic pattern! It's ok when the lights are timed well but it seems like an awful lot of inconvenience. And it seems there will be no direct way to get into the new shopping center from Riedel.
(I live off Riedel between Rt3 and Johns Hopkins. We should have a Crofton-Gambrills GTG)

Sorry I'm going to butt in too!
I live I guess in the heart of Crofton - over near shoppers and Friendlys. But the traffic is also driving me crazy! There are way too many lights and seriously takes me about 15 minutes to get from off 97 to home :-(
Agree on the GTG isgarver!
We really should have a get-together! There's at least 4-5 of us now!

Carrie (Mrs. Remy) also lives in Crofton but I imagine she has her hands full with the new little one.
We had one a long time ago at Irish Channel--that worked pretty well, I think.

I can walk there, so it works really well for me :-p
