Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

XP: 10 days from closing
And we don't have a buyer for our trailer. Ugh. We need to sell this in order to get our mortgage.
So what do we do? Keep waiting it out, hoping we'll find a buyer in time? See if we can push back closing a week or two? Throw in the towel and walk away from this particular house?
We now have had two buyers lined up that fell through. There has just been so many road blocks along the way with this house. My gut keeps telling me something's going to happen that will keep us from getting the house. I just can't shake the feeling. I just feel like this isn't quite the right one yet. FTR, my gut is usually right.
I also keep worrying that we'll get into the house (if all works out) and not be happy with it. And I'm worried that I'll just keep wondering about the one house that we were going to see but never did that looked awesome in the pics online.
This homebuying thing is so stinking stressful!
