  • I lost 3.2 this week but had gained 1 last week so it's really only 2.2 down from my original goal. I'm not trying really hard to lose at this point. If I lose a little more, great. If not, I'm happy with maintaining.

  • I'm down 4 pounds since I started WW, but only 1 pound from my lowest weight so far. I'm really glad to finally be losing again! WW has been tough but it's working.

    That is great. It definitely takes a while to get used to but if you can stick with it, it works. It will get easier over time too. Your body adjusts and you'll start to intuitively know what you can/can't eat to lose and/or maintain.

  • I've been on the divorce diet. Down 5 lbs, woohoo!
  • I've just held steady this past week. I seriously need to lay off the peanut butter and alcohol. I was having trouble with ice cream too, and then Publix stopped carrying my favorite flavor so I stopped buying it. Unfortunately (or fortunately?) my pantry is fully stocked with peanut butter and lots of wine. My DH is out of town this week and I find it especially hard not to eat just junk when I'm alone. 
  • Im down 10 pounds from 2 weeks ago. Id like the take all the credit for it but one of my new medications has a nasty side effect that seems to be working in my favor.
  • I actually haven't stepped on a scale in a few weeks. I run a lot. I eat fairly well. I'm seeing some new definition in my legs, which I'm really happy about. My pants feel looser. Trying to have a healthier relationship with my body.

    As of last Friday morning, I was up 10 pounds.  Ideally I would like to gain only 10-15 more.  Realistically, if I keep eating candy, it will probably be more, but I hope not!

    ETA: That's up 10 pounds for the pregnancy, not in the last week.  Whew!
