Looking for homemade kids art supply recipes....
I would like to make little gift baskets of art supplies for friends kids and DD's pre-k class for Christmas.
And where could I find little jars (not baby food jars) for paints, etc?
TIA!
Re: Looking for homemade kids art supply recipes....
How about a spice store or other specialty kitchen store?
What is your motivation for the homemade art supplies? If it's to produce something more natural/edible, I can see that. Otherwise, I would just buy the supplies. It will probably end up much cheaper.

Something more natural and it's fun. I stocked up on crayons back at school supply shopping time to make melt down and make shaped crayons. I have all of the other ingredients on hand. I am going to use my cricut to cut out big shapes that they can color, etc. I love to do stuff like this and will present it in a fun way.
