French Fry Heaven
So I went last night. Tried the Garlic Parmesan & the Angel Ranchers.
Honestly? They were good, but not "OMG THIS IS THE BEST THING EVER" good. Chick-Fil-A's fries are still way better.
Another thing that struck me is a lot of them are just covered in various sauces. Kind of poor planning IMO. There aren't very many places to sit down nearby & sauce covered fries aren't exactly an eat & walk kind of food. They definitely need to get a little bit more seating near their kiosk (which they told us they were in the process of doing). I'm sure the surrounding stores are thrilled to have people walking in with messy fingers touching all their stuff.

Right in front of Betsey Johnson. Yes, lets rub our greasy french fry hands all over pretty party dresses.
I have had their fries with Garlic, Parm and Black Truffle salt and, oh my God was that good! I also had the Thanksgiving sweet potatos with marshmallow, pumpkin and cinnamon and that was the best thing ever!
As to the finger issue, they gave me a fork. Pretty simple solution I thought. I have been in Michael Kors, BCBG, Coach, and other places with them and they had no problem at all. In fact, everyone in those stores raved about the place.
As to the seating, I think the point of a snack place is to keep moving on, plus it seems that it may not be in their control.
I really think you should give it another shot Claire, that place is not only terrific, but a Jacksonville original which is well worth the support.

From what I can determine, the seating is not under their control. As to the sticky fingers, they gave me a fork.
