I'm jealous of your lunches. I'm going to make a salad w/ baby spinach, bleu cheese, pecans, dried cherries and red wine vinaigrette. But I'm going to need a little something to go with it which is TBD.

I thought you were having a salad and red wine, and I thought that is not a boring lunch... it's a fabulous lunch! Then I saw it was a red wine vinaigrette. Oh well . I had some Sushi Spring Rolls from Fresh Market... tasty, but I have a feeling I will be hungry in a few hours.

It's no secret that I love my wine but I don't usually drink it at lunchtime alone

I brought in a leftover turkey burger and yogurt, but I had to run to Lenox so I grabbed a big bowl of Broccoli chaddar soup. mmm. soup....

I had 1/4 of a Mellow Mushroom calzone, a tiny piece of leftover spinach quiche, and raspberry Chobani Greek yogurt. It's "eat up the random things in the fridge" day.

I had Roasters veggie plate for lunch (if you consider mac and cheese and mashed potatoes to be "veggies") LOL. I did have some green stuff too.
