As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I hate when I can feel a cold coming on
It's just constant dread of the inevitable, like watching a Mack truck barreling towards you and not being able to do anything about it
I think my friends'
baby gave me his cold over the weekend. I guess that's what happens when he sticks his fingers in your mouth 
My throat got really dry a
couple of days ago but I was hoping it was just too much salt or
something. Today I feel the starts of a runny nose and head congestion.
I'd rather be rock climbing or playing volleyball
