Are you thining of visiting or moving to DFW?  Below is a list of things we have put together regarding what you can do while you are here.

Serlace:

Malls:  My favorite mall is Northpark (Dallas)

Favorite Restaurant:  I love Cotton Patch (Frisco), Posados (Frisco), La Duni (Dallas & Fairview), Mama Pita (Plano).

Kid-friendly activities: I don't have kids, so I'm not very helpful in this area.  There's a playground inside the Galleria (mall in Dallas).

Other Shopping (besides malls):  I love the Villages at Allen/Fairview.  There's a movie theater, restaurants and outdoor shopping.  It's fairly new and not yet complete, but still a lot of fun.  McKinney square is also a lot of fun.
