Julie thinks it can't be too tough. Julie's grandma taught her to crochet when she was a little a girl (not that she remembers how to now) and Julie used to crochet covers for hangers for sweaters. Granted, that was really basic.. but if Julie could learn to crochet as a child.. she is pretty sure Haley could do it .

Samantha has a fashion q. She is going out with DH, his boss and some brokers they work with to a trendy tapas restaurant for dinner tonight and then a concert at The Tabernacle. She thinks the band is a similar style to the Allman Brothers. She doesn't want to go too casual but also thinks it's a weird place to dress up. So, she decided to wear a sweater dress and knee-high boots. But, she doesn't have tights to match. Do you think it's appropriate to do bare legs with the boots and sweater dress in this situation or does Samantha need to find another outfit?

ditto this!! target has really nice tights if sam can swing a trip real quick

 if not, hayley doesn't hate the idea of a sweater dress with no tights...maybe cute socks?

samantha thinks lauren and hayley made an excellent point. she needs to buy new ones anyways. she only has black and maybe a brown pair. she wants to know what colors/designs the other nesties have and actually get use out of since she isn't up to snuff on tight trends right now.

hayley has dark magenta, eggplant purple, grey (SO versatile), and a brown herringbone-ish pair.

hayley really wants mustard, and deep green.

hayley loves a colored pair with a neutral dress and boots...so fun!

Kat concurs with Hayley's tights assessment. She is rocking some "brindle" tights today in a heather grey color. She owns MANY colors from vibrants to muted colors.

Kat also agrees that today and tomorrow will hit F'in COLD temps and Sam will be thankful that she has tights on. Kat will be wearing a similar sweater dress/boots/tights outfit tomorrow for her work's T'day lunch and mrBAMF's rehearsal dinner Fri night with his BFF and FI.

She is glad GAP sent out a 40% off email because she will be buying SOME FORM and COLOR of sweater for the wedding on Sat.

Eva loves her magenta and purple tights. She also has turquoise and loves to wear them with black.

Eva thinks Sam needs tights tonight it is so windy and cold today. It is only going to get cooler as the sun sets. brrrr.

Nicole is so excited about the none west "q Louisa" vintage riding boots she got fir $3 yesterday at goodwill. They're so. Stinkin. Cute.
