sweat/yoga/fleece pant/capri recs ?

Where did you get your favorite sweat/yoga/fleece pant/capri (or any other comfortable pants)?

Re: sweat/yoga/fleece pant/capri recs ?

  • Old navy, for a few reasons.

    1.  They are cheap ($15 for a pair of sweatpants)

    2.  They come in not only tall, but LONG!  I'm 5'11 with about a 36" inseam and these are long enough.

  • Macy's! And lol @ FreshStart because while I also bought them because they were cheap (pretty sure they were even less than $15 on sale), my second reason is that they came in SHORT lengths and fit my 5'1" frame! :)

They're one of the Macy's brands but I forget what it's called. I can look once I get home if you want. They've held up really well for a few years now (they're sweatpants).
I'd rather be rock climbing or playing volleyball

  • My favorite work-out/yoga pants are from Lululemon, but I'm not sure if you're looking for something like that or something more lounge-y?
  • Lucy, Prana, and I saw fleece lounge pants at REI...

I just bought hiking pants that are windproof and fleece lined. :-)

ps - all of my yoga pants must also be comfortable for climbing and hiking. I have higher standards. BUT - every single piece of Prana anything I've ever bought (or Patagonia for that matter) has lived up to how much it cost and what it was purported to do. To the point that I don't even consider cheaper options anymore.

  • OK, the pants I have are Style & Co.  I've worn them to volleyball for a couple of years now, worn them as PJs, etc. and they're still like new.  But I like my pants loose and comfy, not spandex-like.

  • sm23 - something like that is fine. Thanks for the recommendation!

EmmieB - hiking pants that are windproof and fleece lined? That sounds great for hiking in Fall or Winter. DH likes Patagonia stuff too.

Rock-n-Voll & FreshStart - Thanks for checking the brandname for me. I'll swing by Old Navy to take a look.

  • I can't remember, are you a shorty like me? If so, NY&Co. has some good yoga/sweat pants. They had some thick ones when I was there recently.
My favorite place on earth: The Amargosa Valley.

I was going to suggest this, too. I had a pair from there for a long time.

Those are actually by Prana. They are these:

  • depends on what they're for.

Marshalls/TJ Maxx have lots. I also have some GAP pure body ones and they're good. (btw, GAP is 30% everything this weekend -- no coupon needed. If you look online, there's a coupon for 40% off this weekend).

  • Thanks, everyone!
