How could ANYONE work for several years with this guy and NOT know he was a creeper? ANYONE who knew of the abuse AT ALL should be FIRED. There is no way that Paterno, or any other coach/admin didn't know about this. There is TOO MUCH evidence and too many victims.

Disgusting. I'm wondering if it was a situation of "If you tell, you will be blacklisted" type thing - that doesn't make it right, but the threat of being persona non grata in a field where reputation can make or break you can carry some pretty heavy weight.
