Monday Morning Planning Post! I hope everyone had a good weekend! What are you all up to this week?

I had a pretty good weekend, but I'm bummed it's Monday. Oh well, at least I don't have a really busy week...
Monday: Work, grocery shopping (for some of my Thanksgiving stuff and weekly grocerys) and then finishing up my huge batch of sugar cookies that I started yesterday!!! I'm working on my xmas cookie list already! I'll just throw them in the freezer and decorate them later in December! (I've also got some fall leaves and acorns shapes that I can cut some cookies into, which is my excuse to eat some of the cookies now!)
Tuesday: Work, Update my Thanksgiving to do list, maybe make some more cookies.
Wednesday: Work, Work on my quilt! I need to get it done!
Thursday: Work, probably relax
Friday: Work, then who knows...

This weekend was a MIL nightmare! Luckily, it only was Friday night/Saturday morning. If you guys are interested, I'll post the story.
Monday: VACATION DAY!!!!! I'm going to Nia, probably heading over to the animal shelter, relaxing, maybe getting ahead on some of the cooking for the week, laundry, working my cover letter and resume, AND taking a friend out for her birthday.
Tuesday: Work... maybe the shelter?
Wednesday: Work... maybe going to a rally at the county commissioner's meeting. They are voting on whether or not to cut funding to HSHV this week... uuuugh
Thursday: Work and nia
Friday: OFF! Cuz I'm working the weekend. Maybe I'll finally get my tire fixed - it's been leaking for like a month.
Saturday/Sunday: Working but DH will be out of town so I'll have the place to myself and get to eat all the foods he doesn't like! I'm really overly excited about this! BUT I have to miss my little cousin's baptism
Oh well...

Good morning! Hope everyone had a great weekend. I did--my last baby shower was yesterday and it was great!
Monday: painting estimate for our foyer. Finish priming our kitchen cabinets (white).
Tuesday: Start painting kitchen cabinets. Hopefully only need one coat.
Wednesday: sort all the clothes/gifts we got so that my Mom can help organize it when she comes into town for Thanksgiving. :-)
Thursday: continue sorting stuff because we have a TON!
Friday: Hopefully having new floors and counters installed.
Should be a busy week! My parents come next Monday so we've gotta get ready :-)
All week long is work, as usual. Other than that I have a dentist appt on Tuesday (woohoo) and I'm hoping to get most of my Christmas shopping done - online because I hate shopping in stores. I basically told H he has to deal with his family this year so that helps.
I need to work on cleaning my guest room/office since it's become our dumping ground and has rapidly turned into a disaster area.
All in all a pretty boring week ahead.

Today: nothing, DH leaves at 4pm for CT, so we stayed home so we could do lunch w/him
