I love Mondays...
when they include an afternoon at my favorite salon! I can't wait to see my stylist today. We're totally changing my look and I may be going very blonde with some very wild highlights. Can't wait!
Is anyone else looking forward to anything? How about that Bears game? That rocked too! I get my ruined Forte jersey back this week to remake. It's going to be awesome again. I got fabric paint on it during his rookie year and my Mom saved it for me just in case.

Great Bears game yesterday, although there is no way DJ should have been ejected if they didn't do anything to f'in stafford, he better get fined.
No looking forward to much today, praying H's interview tomorrow goes well and really just focusing on that and getting to go back home next tuesday to spend time with my mom.
We've got a tornado watch here in Lafayette. Funny, it was flurrying last week. Only in Indiana!
This week is going to be wicked crazy, what with all the hours I got this week, plus homework, and getting stuff ready for next week at the inlaws. I'm very much looking forward to girls night on Saturday.
Today's just filled with homework and work, trying to get all my homework done before we leave, and help get some of DH's done. I wouldn't say no to a nap.
If you wouldn't mind posting them, I'd like to see the new 'do and dress!

I feel all drab and down today. i think I should be better tomorrow. I have been taking it easy and not doing chores. Oh the hard life of a housewife.

Ask me stuff.
I'll post some project pictures, but don't do pictures of myself online since we live in a very small town (major gossip). My new highlights are various shades of bright pink. We wanted to do blue, but couldn't do turquoise or a lighter shade. It would have had to be navy that would fade to gray. This will just fade to reddish tones and still look cute. I added bangs too. My salon specializes in "west coast punk" and does a lot of Rock Star hair in Indy for events. Sublime was their latest celebrity clients.
It was! I hope the interview goes well. I follow the Bears, but every single game I watch they lose, so I can't watch them anymore. The big turn around in the first Lions game started happening when I turned it on and that was a big loss. Plus, DH hates how loud I scream at them. I follow them on every form of social media possible. He only lets me watch hockey now since he loves the sport enough to deal with my outbursts.
I hate double standards with fines and suspensions in sports. It seem like certain teams get a pass and others get singled out. It's why I'm so sick of college football and the BCS (too political). The Red Wings had a defensemen take an elbow to the jaw that broke it in 2 places and took him out for 8 weeks last season. It was no accident. The guy who dished out the head shot got a 5 game suspension (less than 2 weeks in hockey time) and a 10k fine.
Based on this, I will agree and you are not allowed to watch for the remainder of the season
Good enough for me! Wish I had the guts to do something like that, but I don't even have the cajones to put those feathery things in my hair. That's what I get for being worried what someone might say (I work with some very opinionated people, and a few family members are the same way).
