Halo Micro-Fleece SleepSack too warm for AZ winters?
KidsWoot has Halo Micro-Fleece SleepSacks for $7.99 plus shipping today and I was thinking or ordering 1 o 2 in size small. I already have 4 swaddlers (2 smalls & 2 mediums), but those are pretty lightweight. Would the fleece sleepsacks be too warm for a newborn in AZ (I'm due in 9 days - ticker is off by 2 days but I never changed it) or are they a good thing to have? If it helps, our heat comes on if it gets below 71 in our house.

Re: Halo Micro-Fleece SleepSack too warm for AZ winters?
I don't think so, but I guess it would really depend on how warm you keep your house. DS was born 11/30, and he had a fleece swaddle blanket that we used when he was a newborn. But we keep our house pretty cool. Really only turn the heat on at night and in the morning briefly to take the chill off, and then turn the heat off completely during the night. (if that makes sense?)
I'd say get one for that price!
Absolutely not! Unless you keep your heat on pretty high.
We haven't been putting our heat on,but keep a few windows open at night. Ariadne sleeps with a longsleeved onesie, socks and a fleece long sleeve sack. She seems comfortable like that. We may increase it to footie pjs under the sleep sack when it's even a bit cooler.
If you were asking about summer I'd so definitely...but not for our winters.
