Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

F/U to Really Bad Photographer Experience
Good news - the photographer emailed me today and stated that she would do a re-shoot or refund my money. At this point, I opted for the refund since I don't think a reshoot would be fair to either of us. While I still wouldn't recommend this photographer, she did what she could to rectify the situation and I respect her for that.

That sounds like the best solution for everyone.
It also makes me wonder if she saw your post from the other day. I know in the past there were some vendors that lurked.
Or maybe that's me just wishing for some drama around these parts. :-) Haha.
