Christmas Parade Float ideas

Howdy!  Haven't been around much lately.  Crazy busy, work, life, family all that jazz.

Anyways, i'm entering one of our trucks at work into our local Christmas Lights parade!  Its coming up pretty quick, and I have yet to come up with any great ideas.  I'm hoping the fabulously creative ladies here can help Big Smile

I'm not sure if my pic will work, but the truck looks like a semi truck cab with an attached bed about 30' long.  It has a boom that extends down the length of the bed, about 8 feet overhead. Kinda similar to this one http://www.keeslers.com/Used-Cranes-Boom-Trucks/Used-TEREX-BT-23-5-Ton-Boom-Truck-BT4792-21731.aspx

I'm open to any ideas.  The only rules are that it must be lighted and there can not be a live santa.  Santa rides on the fire engine at the end of the parade.

Thank you! Thank you!  Thank you!
