Re: WFL & WFD?
Lunch: I just had a turkey sandwich with provolone, lettuce, onion and mayo. I also had some BBQ potato chips. Yum.
Dinner: I have chicken in the crock pot for DH but I'm going to a cooking club tonight and we're making Thanksgiving side dishes. Should be fun and yummy!
I brought a turkey sandwich and chips from home. I have a honeycrisp apple for later. (b/c it's 11 and I've already eaten my lunch) Honeycrisps are my new obsession, so thanks to whoever recommended those.
I just realized I forgot to set anything out for dinner. I'll probably just do veggie alfredo.
Lunch: I have a small pita pocket with Light Laughing Cow Cheese and turkey and a cup of the WW Veggie Soup. I also have a Chobani yogurt and grape tomatos on the side.
Dinner: I'm making http://www.skinnytaste.com/2009/08/baked-chicken-with-dijon-and-lime.html?m=1 with a side of zucchini & tomatos and broccoli.
Dang it, how do I make my link clicky now?
Lunch: chicken sandwich using the leftover baked chicken I made for dinner for last night,
Dinner: Baked ziti, thanks to the awesome alwaysfare for bringing it by yesterday!
I made that a couple weeks ago. It's yummy!
For lunch I brought a salad, greek yogurt, and a kashi bar. I didn't plan anything for dinner, so maybe a tuna quesadilla or something easy.
Lunch: I had a small salad and leftover bacon & feta cheese pizza
Dinner: Shake n bake chicken, green beans and some sort of starch.
I'm glad to hear it's good. DH seemed iffy about it.
I had a Publix sub for lunch.
For supper i'm making quinoa burgers with a side salad. I've never made them so we'll see how it works out.
Let me know how they turn out. I have a box of quinoa in my cupboard and I might make them next week if yours turn out well.
I've never eaten it. I bought it during the summer and never did anything with it. The picture on the recipe you pinned does look really good.
