Christmas in Lansing
Does anyone know of some fun Christmas festivities in Lansing? I know there's the "Silver Bells in the City", but I have to work during this. Is there anything else?
Also - has anyone heard of any good Black Friday deals? I"m taking my 16 year old brother X-mas shopping and H and I are on a tight budget this year and looking to save a few dollars!

I don't know of any other Lansing Christmas activities. I know some communities like Holt have their own activities like tree lighting.
This year's black Friday sure wasn't very exciting!
I was disappointed in Black Friday! I was excited for some awesome sales but didn't find any!
I was probably just too tired - I had worked 15 hrs the day before and woke up early to clean the house since family was visiting!
I thought about going to the Holt lighting - we live right on the Holt/Lansing boarder - but both H and I had to work
I've been thinking about going to the Jackson lighting show.
