As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Being excited--update
Remember I posted about some possibilites.....
DH's boss got fired, he was made interim boss and he applied for the position when it was posted. Found out today he didn't get it.
As much as the extra money would have made some huge dents and would have been a big positive, we will figure it out. We aren't hurting but aren't in the spot I want to be either.
What will be will be....I'm so very proud and glad that he at least tried for a position that he may have been miserable in, just so our family and our life could be a bit easier. LOVE MY HUSBAND!

Sorry to hear he didn't get the position.
I know what you mean, though - DH used to work a terrible schedule knowing it was good for us financially and I would get all warm and fuzzy knowing he was doing it so that our life could be a little better down the road.
And, as much as it doesn't help right now, I will hope for you that he wasn't offered the position for a good reason...even if it was as simple as giving him more time and energy to focus on finding a better opportunity elsewhere.
