Houston Nesties
Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.
If you have questions about this, please email help@theknot.com.
Thank you.
Note: This only affects The Nest's community members and will not affect members on The Bump or The Knot.
Anyone now anything about the JL ( Junior League)> I belonged in CA, but had to take a leave. The branch I belonged to was pretty easy going & a great way to meet people.
Are there any other organizations like the JL?
Thanks!!!

There's contact info on the site to get in touch with someone about transferring your membership. I have friends in the San Fran area, ours is definitely not as laid back as theirs seems to be.:)
I am in the North Harris/South Montgomery Counties league if thats closer to you.

Thanks! I checked it out, and yeah, definitely not as laid back. I am in the San Francisco area and ours does not have age caps, nor the 1 year living requirement, at least not that I am aware of. I don't think I can transfer my membership as I took a 1 year leave of absence and didn't renew the LOA.
Thanks for the info. It may be closer to where we end up. We are heading out in a few weeks to narrow where we are moving.
That stinks, from what I understand ours has more "work hours" than other JL provisional years.
