Good Morning Girls, The weekend is a few hours away for some. Who's ready and what are you doing??

Morning! Today I have to get an oil change, run to Meijer and then to Costco real quick. We are having friends over for dinner tonight so I need to clean up a little bit. Then I need to meet my BIL in Ionia because they are taking Hudson for the night. I need to find some time to put my feet up sometime in there, too.
Tomorrow Jim and I are sleeping in! He is going to the MSU football game with my Dad (brrr) and my Mom is coming here so we can do a little Christmas shopping.
I have nothing else planned the rest of the weekend and plan to lie on the couch a lot.
This is my last Friday of maternity leave. I'm kind of sad. I'm trying to keep my spirits up though. Going to work will give me a chance to re-enter the adult world. LOL. Being home all day with a baby is hard! Kudos to all you SAHM's. I do worry about how Renee will do at daycare, but I'm sure she'll be fine. It will probably take a few days to adjust, but we'll live
TGIF.
We are having people over tomorrow night to play some Texas hold 'em.
On Sunday, I think I am going roller skating with my older sister.
Has anyone seen The Change Up yet?
H and I watched it last night, and I thought it was really funny. I haven't laughed that much in a while.

I've got mountains of laundry to fold and put away, some painting to do if I ever find the right color, and lots of organizing.
Ben and I have been sick for a month, I'm SO over this crap. 2 courses of antibiotics, an inhaler, and now I have a cracked rib from coughing. Oy.
Tomorrow is the Santa parade in the am. Sunday there's an concert at Schulers. The music is environmentally themed for kids. I also will be writing some lists for holiday preperations, and starting on some hand sewn gifts.

That sounds awful. I hope you feel better soon.
I vote you put off painting until you feel better. Painting with a cracked rib would only slow the healing.
This junk is really awful. Henry and I are still down too, but we've rounded a corner. This morning Willa started coughing. I've been waiting for this. I'm staying on top of her with her asthma, and I'm willing her to not get out of the yellow zone on her action plan.
Yeah DH will be doing the painting while I supervise! It will just be primer for now, so he can handle it lol.
Hope Willa can fight it off, I think we waited to long to treat it (and I hate the pediatrician because they ALWAYS do this) so now it's settled in the lungs and here to stay for a while longer. Blah!
I agree Wop, I could never be a stay at home Mom. I think Hudson would be bored out of his mind! Good luck going back to work, though, it IS difficult the first week or so.
