would you please share tips for sewing a shower curtain?
We recently added a bathroom to our home on the second floor below the slanting roof line. We need a custom shower curtain that follows the slant. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
sometimes all you really need in life is a pink wig.
Re: would you please share tips for sewing a shower curtain?
I am a little confused... the shower curtain wouldn't be able to stay closed on a slant because it would always fall down the curtain rod.
You can attached the slant of the fabric by hooks and grommets along the slant and use tie-backs to keep it open when you need to.
PAIF and SAIF welcome. IVF questions welcome, too.
I think the buttonhole is a great option. You just need to remember to sew the buttonhole on the straight gain and not parallel to the angled top edge. Obviously the holes need to be spaced the same distance from the upper edge, you just need to keep each buttonhole on grain or the whole thing will hang wonky.
