Can they be used multiple times?  I see that they have my name on it but wasn't sure if that mattered.  If I print 2 copies can I go in 2 days in a row with it? 

I've never tried, thought somebody here might know.

Yep.  You can only use one coupon with the same barcode per transaction but you should be able to use multiple copies of coupons on different days.

Some of them (like the current something-or-other-madness ones) say "no duplicates" or something along those lines, indicating that they are intended for one use only.  I don't think that phrasing appears on all of them, though, so when it is absent, it should be fine to use duplicates.

Yes, as long as you use them in different transactions it will work.  In fact, when I went yesterday, one of my coupons wasn't ringing up right (it was a 60% off, but when she entered the # it only came up as 50% off).  The clerk literally got one that she had just rung up for a customer prior to me out of the trash (had her name on it) and used it.  Also, there are many 60% off coupons floating around right now.  As long as the barcode # are different (even by just 1 number), you can use multiple ones in the same transaction.
