I'm thinking of doing your brownies for Tday, but the link for the mints is broken. What do you use? Are they easy to find?

Thinking of doing cosmetic updates to a dated home? These were our costs.
Thank you! Last questions- 9x13 pan or 8x8 pan? And do you use the whole box?
I think this is going to be a good second dessert.
Just do whatever size the brownies call for, ya know? And I just layer them on top evenly. This is seriously unscientific
BUT if you want a really incredible twist... (MIL made this for our groom cake and BIL's groom cake and of course all the guests at both events wanted to know what bakery made it.) Take a box of 9x13 brownies and make them in a round 8" or 9" cake pan. Cook them until the edges are cooked and the middle is firm, but still underdone. It'll create this incredible gooey chocolate dessert. Then do the above mint layering thing.
ETA - Start checking at 20 minutes, don't exceed 30 minutes.
