Cricut blade is dragging...is it really broken?
I found a tutorial online on how to reset the cricut, but it didnt fix my dragging blade problem. I called CS to see if they could help, and all he had me do was update my firmware. He suggested I buy a new one or send it in for $100 to be repaired. If I used my cricut a lot, I would understand this issue, but I dont. Ive had it for 2 years and have only used it a handful of times. 
Of course when I need it, it isnt working! So, is it really broken? Any other suggestions other than resetting the machine? Thanks!

When you say the blade is dragging, is it not cutting? I haven't used my cricut in awhile, but I used to always have to adjust the pressure and speed for each type of paper/material I was cutting..
Hope you figure it out... I can imagine that is frustrating!
