Hello! Cincinnati Nestie here. My husband and I will be in NO 12/18-12/20 to celebrate my birthday. Any must-do holiday themed suggestions?

Celebration in the Oaks at City Park is really pretty. The park is decorated in beautiful lights. It is $7 to enter. There are rides as well. I warn you that I went on a Friday night and it was PACKED with rowdy kids/teenagers, but if you stick to the botanical gardens side, there will be more grownups.

And don't leave the city without getting beignets from Cafe Du Monde. That's not a holiday thing. Just a delicious thing.
