Help me pick a name! CP

I've always hated making big decisions, and being pregnant has made my ability to do so even worse.  I'm also blaming the fact that I've been deciding so many other huge things recently (jobs, where to live, etc.) on my inability to name our poor daughter.  DH is ready to commit, but I'm having the hardest time doing so.  So with that in mind, what should I name this baby??  Our last name starts with an S and ends with a vowel.  The middle name is set (it was my grandma's name).

  • I love love the name Evelyn. I couldn't use it because that is the name of the original founder of where H and I work and the name is such a part of the "culture", it would be too weird for us. But with your middle name I prefer Sophia. Hmm. But then all 3 names would end in a, so maybe evelyn would work depending on the sound of your last name.

  • I'm partial to Evelyn.  That was my grandma's name and is Brooke's middle name.

  • I like Evelyn, partially because the other two are super popular right now, and partially because I just like it.  Plus the gorgeous chapel at my university was Evelyn Chapel, so it has special meaning to me.

This is my vote too. Evelyn is a beautiful, classic name. I picture a senator or CEO.

  • I like the older names. DD was named after my Grandmother. I love Evelyn. Jen took the words out of my mouth " Evelyn is a beautiful, classic name. I picture a senator or CEO."

Isabelle and Sophia are two VERY popular names right now.

Evelyn seems to be just as popular as the other two.

I voted Isabelle bc I think the other two sound a little too old lady with a middle name of Barbara.

(but I am not into the old lady classic names for babies, so take this opinion for what it's worth..)

  • I like them all, but I picked Isabelle. I never use my middle name but it is on my legal documents so I picked which first name I liked the best.
  • I really like Isabelle the best!
