Gingerbread Pumpkin Trifle
I just put this in in my fridge to chill, but it looks & smells delightful, so I thought I would share a picture. ?

Thanks. ?I'm hoping to replace our pumpkin pie at Christmas with it, but I don't know if I'll be able to get away with that as my BIL really enjoys it.
?I might bring this as my contribution Thanksgiving at the IL's in a few weeks.?
Gingerbread Mix
Vanilla Pudding Mix (cook & Serve, but I'm betting instant would work)
1 Can (30oz) Pumpkin Pie Filling
1/2 C Brown Sugar
1/3 t Cinnamom
1 Container Cool Whip
1/2 C gingersnaps ?
?Prep gingerbread per mix, cool completely & Crumble up & set aside.
?Prep pudding & set aside to cool. Stir ?pumpkin pie filling, Sugar & Cinnamon into the vanilla pudding
layer 1/2 crumbled gingerbread, 1/2 pumpkin pudding mix, 1/2 whipped topping & repeat topping with crushed gingersnaps
?I still haven't tried it, I'm STUFFED with a lot of stuff I whipped up in the kitchen today?
