How do you 'tag' your gifts?

I have knit / crochet / appliqued a few baby gifts this year and I really want a little tag that says 'handmade by melissa". I cannot find one I like on etsy (well, I like one but it takes 4 weeks to ship - not in time)
Does anyone make them? I don't have a good graphics program on my computer - I am so stuck. Any ideas?
