I have been a member of care.com for maybe 3 weeks now. For the people who have used the website have you noticed reviews that disappear. I know at least 4 of the child care providers had really good reviews and read their profile and was revisiting the site today and all of their reviews are gone.
I am not sure if it i glitch in their system or if I just not trust the reviews at all now. Some people did have reviews so I do not understand why only a few were missing all of theirs.

I was curious about that too. Sometimes I would click on a review and it was so vague and not at all a review I was confused.
We ended up going with a nanny from the site but I contacted her other employer via phone. she also showed up to the interview with a reference typed out and signed by the other lady. Very satisfied with her so far. I just didn't trust any of the reviews.
Also, some of them were tagged as perfect for us but really weren't at all.
Then we had a couple "applicants" who tried to hire US as nanny/housekeeper. Huh??
